1. Choose 3,5 decilitres of your favourite liquid (e.g. water, milk of your choice etc.) and mix it with some flavour e.g. juice, fruit or berry purée.

2. Add 3 generous tablespoons of Power Oats to the liquid in a shaker or bottle.

3. Shake it, shake it real good.

Plan B: boost your smoothie or yoghurt with 1 or 2 tbsp. of Power Oats.
